Manage Registration Requests
For those who require email validation, this area is where you will go to deal with new registrations that have not yet confirmed their email address. It gives you the option to search for those registrations submitted during a time frame of your choosing, from one of six options as shown below in figure a. As shown in figure b, you can also choose how many entries maximum it will display at one time. If there are less that the number you choose, then it will display the amount present that meet the other criteria you have selected. You can also choose if you wish it to display the most recent registration requests first or the oldest ones first, as seen in figure c. Once you've made your choice and pressed the button to proceed, all requests meeting your criteria (if any) will be pulled up for you to view. You will then have the option of manually processing these requests, or denying them. You select the name by "checking" the box next to their log-in name and then choose from the drop down which way you wish to handle the request. If there are no registrations matching your criteria, then you will get the screen showing the process request options displaying a "Total Found 0" as shown in figure d. If this is the case, then you can move on to your next order of business.

Manage Lost Password Requests
Passwords get lost or forgotten, it happens. So what happens when your members can't find their password? They submit for a new password. Now all this is typically done automatically, though there might be times when you see a password request that has not yet been completed. If this is the case, then you may wish to process those requests manually. If you choose to do so, you may go into this area, select what time frame you wish to view lost password requests from (figure a), how many requests you wish to view at a time (figure b) and if you wish to see the older or newer requests first (figure c). If there are no requests to process, you will see the process request screen displaying "Total Found 0" (figure d). If this is the case, you may safely move on to other tasks. If there are password requests to process, you will have the option to "checkmark" the box next to the log in name and select complete or delete, to either have the password sent to them or to delete the request from your database.

Preview Registrations
If you require that all members are approved by the board administrator prior to being able to post, then this is the area you will be checking to see what members need to be processed. You are allowed the option to search for those registrations submitted during a specific time frame of your choosing, from one of six options as shown below in figure a. As shown in figure b, you can also choose how many entries maximum it will display at one time. If there are less that the number you choose, then it will display the amount present that meet the other criteria you have selected. Manage Pruned Registrations
This is a new feature for iB 3.1. This allows board administrator to review inactive members based upon certain criteria, and remove them from the database. This is especially useful for those who have limited space or large boards with hundreds of members and many who may have not even come to the board for an extended period of time. Cleaning out the database allows those taken names to be open for new users, as well as freeing up sometimes a rather substantial amount of space. You may decide what inactive memberships you wish to review, by choosing the time period (figure a), the number of entries to display (figure b) and the order in which they are displayed (figure c). If there are members that match this criteria, then they will be listed here for you to decide which ones, if any, you wish you remove from your database. You will click on the box next to their name to select them and you may decide to cancel the pruning process or continue and delete those members. If there are no members meeting your criteria, you will see a "Total Found 0" and no names listed below it (figure d).
